Visits to our workshops and studios are strictly by appointment only.
Whilst we don’t have an emergency service as such we’ll do our best to help you and are sometimes able to provide a good quality rental/loan instrument while your own is being repaired if required.
The is dealt with on a one to one personal basis and depends largely on available instruments at the time etc.

Please consider that we always have an amount of repair work ‘on-going’ in the workshop and unless expressly agreed with yourself it is not always easy to provide an ‘immediate service’, although it is always our aim to provide as fast and efficient a service as is actually possible.
